He said out of the nine, two of them died in a shoot-out with the police, while the seven others were on remand.
The statement said on Thursday, May 24, this year, the police acting on intelligence arrested Kojo Ampomah, 46 at Maajor near Sowutuom and a shootout with another suspect, Nathaniel Udoma Ebu, believed to be the leader of the gang, who died in the exchange of gunfire at Shiasi, East Legon.
