Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Isaac Alex Quainoo, the Regional Police Commander, disclosed this at the Annual West Africa Security Services Activity (WASSA) held in Sekondi.

The deceased was stationed at Wassa Juaso but he was assigned for an official duty at Ahoshenso on Wednesday, March 16.
