In the last week, we carried a report on a judgement by a High Court in Accra over a case involving the American International School. Following the report, one Joe Hale of the Networks of International Christian Schools (NICS) drew our attention to a response on the organization’s website. We duly carried that response, and subsequently, we have decided to publish the full judgement of the court for the benefit of our readers.
