King Faisal hit by financial crisis
Grunzah told GNA Sports times are rough for the club presently and only a miracle could keep them afloat.
“I always look up to God to provide for the needs of the playing body and technical team. Only God knows how we survived the ended season with our critical financial issues’.
Faisal, joined the elite league 15 years ago, grinding out former national stars including, Samuel Osei Kuffour and Mallam Yahaya and the founder insists the club can only thrive on a strong financial backbone which remained elusive. He hinted the club could soon embark on a massive drive to help aid their survival.
Faisal finished eight in the just ended league with 41 points and Grunzah says majority of the current crop of players will be maintained to ensure consistency in the ensuing season.
