He said the partnership will also provide lucky Glo subscribers once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of meeting their favourite team at their home ground.
Awotwi noted that the company will also launch another Glo-Manchester United Alliance and unveil a mobile website exclusively for fans of the Club to access information, icons, souvenirs and games among other events to satisfy their passion.
He indicated that the partnership between Glo Ghana and Manchester United gives credence to the global status of the communications company, which understands and connects the passion of its customers.
“Through this partnership we hope to build talents and passion and consolidate the bridge of friendship and brotherliness between Europe and Africa”. Awotwi stated.
Pete Schmeichel, an Ambassador of Manchester United who was at the function to represent the Club, lauded the partnership and described it as a move that will brings fans of the Club in Ghana closer to Manchester United.
