Ghana up 26th position in FIFA rankings
Ghana moves up to the 26th position in the latest FIFA rankings released today January 18, 2012.
The Black Stars moved three places up from the 29th position in the previous rankings.
The Ghana Black Stars are second-best after Ivory Coast in Africa after gaining 18 points to accumulate 779 points while Algeria and Egypt placed 3rd and 4th respectively.
Spain is still first on the the overall rankings followed by the Netherlands and Germany in third position.
