Shai Osudoku, Ada constituencies elect parliamentary aspirants by acclamation

The Shai Osudoku constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Saturday elected Mr Daniel Dugan, former Deputy Minister of Women and Children’s Affairs by popular acclamation to contest for the 2012 Parliamentary Election on NPP ticket.

The Ada constituency of the NNP also elected by the same means Mrs Betty Quarshie, to contest the polls.

Mr Sam Carboo and Mr Emmanuel Kabutey NPP Greater Accra Regional representatives were in charge of the elections in the two Constituencies.

Speaking to Ghana News Agency in separate interviews, the officials commended the delegates for the orderly manner in which they carried out the primaries.
