Judicial Service directs signing of Oath and Certificate on land

The Judicial Service has directed that from October 1, 2010 signing of “Oath of Proof” and “Certificate of Proof” on land and other related documents in Accra will be effected by the designated officers of the Service.

A copy of a statement signed by Mr Justice Alex B. Poku-Acheampong, Judicial Secretary, mentioned the officers as Mr John Bannerman, Chief Registrar General, Judicial Service; Mr M.W.K. Kwara, Chief Registrar, High Court; Mrs Comfort Barnor, Chief Registrar, Lower Courts and Mr Rexford Gyimah, Deputy Chief Registrar, Fast Track Court, all in Accra.

The Service advised the public to take not and comply with the directive.
