Global nutrition firm, Herbalife enters Ghana

New York Stock Exchange listed-company, Herbalife Limited has begun operations in Ghana with a distribution center located in Accra.

“Products available at launch include the company’s flagship Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in five flavors; Performance Protein Powder, Herbal Aloe Concentrate; and several flavors of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts,” said Herbalife in a statement.

According to Herbalife, Ghana represents further penetration in the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region, which is led by Managing Director Edi Hienrich. It is the company’s 39th market in Africa, and 79th overall.

Products available at launch include the company’s flagship Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in five flavors; Performance Protein Powder, Herbal Aloe Concentrate; and several flavors of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts.

Herbalife Limited  is a global network marketing company that sells weight-management, nutrition, and personal care products intended to support a healthy lifestyle. Its products are sold in 79 countries through a network of approximately 2.5 million independent distributors.
