The Challenge Season 3 set to roll

Season 3 of The Challenge is set to begin.

A press release issued from sponsor, Millicom Ghana operators of Tigo and copied to ghanabusinessnews.com says 25 graduates from Ghana, will battle it out to become one of the 12 finalists to participate in The Challenge Reality TV Show.

Participants would be expected to display high levels of academic excellence, leadership competencies, as well as character and creativity to qualify.

Qualified participants would have to undergo series of interviews, the release said.

It says the 12 finalists will receive personal and professional development training and compete against each other in a series of weekly tests, debates, tasks and quizzes in management, leadership, creativity and UK-Ghana trivia.

The Challenge Reality TV Show will run for fourteen weeks. The general public would have the opportunity to participate as studio audience and also via weekly SMS prize draws and eviction voting.

Two grand prize winners of the Challenge Reality TV Show will win scholarship packages valued in excess of £75,000 to read postgraduate programmes at the University of Westminster, London and Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. The prize package covers tuition, accommodation, return tickets and a monthly stipend of £400. The winners may also have the option of a job placement with one of the sponsors-The British Council, Millicom Ghana, Robert Gordon University and University of Westminster.
