Full details of individuals and companies, items of disallowance and surcharge by the Auditor-General
The Auditor-General has surcharged some individuals and companies who have admitted to embezzling state funds. Some were found to have taken unearned salaries in various government institutions.
In this special report submitted to Parliament in pursuance of Article 187(7)(b) of the 1992 Constitution, the report also details the names of the individuals and organisations who were found culpable, the items of disallowance and those who have been surcharged.
