Moody’s now fully owns Korea Investors Service

moody's-investors-services-1Moody’s Corporation has announced that it now fully owns the Korea Investors Service (KIS).

In a press release issued Tuesday July 19, 2016, and copied to ghanabusinessnews.com, Moody’s said it has acquired full ownership of KIS, a provider of domestic credit ratings in Korea.

According to Moody’s, it will also gain a majority ownership stake in KIS Pricing, a majority-owned subsidiary of KIS and provider of pricing services and analytics for fixed income and other local securities, under the terms of the deal. The terms of the deal however, have not been disclosed.
