Tullow Oil, the British oil producer in Ghana says its natural gas exports from the Jubilee oil field has steadily increased to around 100 million cubic feet per day.
According to Tullow, oil production has also increased in parallel. These developments follow the completion of repair works on a gas compressor. Tullow announced the fault July 3, 2015 and promised that it would be fixed by mid August.
“With production back to normal at Jubilee, we expect to meet our full year production guidance,” Aidan Heavey, Tullow ‘s CEO was quoted to have said in a statement issued by the company.
