Access Bank to hold Economic Forum

Access BankAccess Bank Ghana will hold a two day economic forum dubbed; Ghanaian- Owned Economy:  Setting the Agenda for achieving it.

A statement copied to the GNA by the Bank states that, in keeping with its strategy as catalyst for socio- economic growth, Access Bank Ghana is for the third year running leading discussions at the 2015 Ghana economic forum.

The forum, which takes off on June 9, is expected to attract over 400 business leaders from corporate Ghana, including policy makers, think- thanks, business influencers as well as professionals in both private and public sectors.

Mr Dolapo Ogundimo, the Managing Director of the bank noted that, the yearly deliberations have helped the economic forum to become a platform of contemporary discussion and unrivalled networking.

Mr. Ogundimo made reference to how Mrs. Edith Dankwa, the Chief Executive Officer of the Business and Financial Times, saying that, the bank’s support for the economic forum demonstrates its commitment in ensuring that, Ghana builds strong infrastructure to facilitate its economic growth.

Speakers of this year’s forum include, Paa Kwasi Amissah Arthur, Vice President of Ghana, Dr Kofi Amoah, CEO of Progeny Venture and Mrs. Marie Laurie Akin- Olugbade, Resident representative of the African Development Bank and many others.
