The Ministry of Communications has introduced a website and a contact line to enable the public send information or phone in to lodge their complaints.

A statement issued by the Ministry and signed by the sector minister,  Mr Edward Kofi Omane Boamah, and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Monday said, the Communications Service Providers have given an undertaking to the observance of good quality of communications services and the National Communications Authority (NCA) has also put in place elaborate arrangements to prevent the interruption of communications services.

The statement, therefore, entreated each and everyone to avail himself or herself of the opportunity to report quality of service complaints to: [email protected] or call telephone number: 0307011419 issue out complaints when they encounter difficulties with both electronic data and voice communication.

It congratulated all stakeholders, especially the public,  for their patronage of voice and data services because their contributions have made Ghana one of the most dynamic ICT countries in the world, according to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
