Judgement debts sitting resumes

law-and-justiceThe Judgement Debts Commission resumes sitting on Monday, May 20,  a statement from the Commissioner’s office said in Accra on Thursday.

The statement signed by George William Dove, Public Relations Officer and copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), said institutions and persons who would appear before the Commission included the Chief Executive or representative of the Irrigation Development Authority, Nana Owusu Akyaw Prempeh II, and the Solicitor General.

The statement said members of the public who wish to testify or volunteer information were to report at the Commission’s Office to give their statements before Monday to allow the Commission to schedule a date for them.

It requested members of the public who intended to testify or volunteer information to the Commission, but were unable to be present in person to submit memoranda to the Commission.

“All such memoranda will be treated confidentially,” the statement added.
