Accept to put nation ahead of individual comfort and convenience – Preacher

The True Faith Church of Ghana has ended a week-long prayer and fasting session with a plea to all to accept to put the nation ahead of individual comfort and convenience.

Apostle John Owusu-Achiaw, the General Overseer, said they need to make sacrifices for the general good of society.

He also reminded them to do everything to ensure that disputes and disagreements are resolved through dialogue.

Delivering the sermon to bring the curtains down on the programme at Asuofua-Nketia in the Atwima-Nwabiagya District, he urged Christians to set the right examples at the home, community and workplace.

They should mirror Christ-like qualities of integrity, self-discipline, love, humility and modesty.

Apostle Owusu-Achiaw said they should not merely profess to be followers of Christ but live by his teachings.

He used the occasion to announce plans to step up its evangelization and plant more branches of the church in the Northern parts of the country.

Additionally, they would provide some support to orphans, widows, the poor and the sick.
