The Ghana Football Association is pleased to announce that Andre Ayew and Jordan Ayew have responded favourably to our request for them to reconsider their decision to temporarily retire from the Black Stars.

However, they have asked to be excluded from this month’s World Cup qualifier against Sudan while they ponder the exact date for their return to the national team.

We will continue our dialogue with the players to ensure they are available for selection in our future matches.
