Ghana takes 50-member delegation to AU Summit

AUThe 20th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union (AU) will start at the weekend and Ghana will be represented.

Newly elected and inaugurated President John Dramani is expected to feature on the programme according to AU sources and he will head a 50-member delegation to the Summit according to accreditation details cited by ghanabusinessnews.com.

The delegation includes the ‘Minister of Foreign Affairs’ Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni, Embassy staff, Dr. Kodzo Alabo, Director, Africa and Regional Integration Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, about four journalists, protocol officials, security officers, presidential aides and spokesman John Jinapor.

Prof. S.K. Adjepong, Chairman of the National APRM Governing Council is also on the delegation.
