Eastern Region needs teaching hospital – Dr Asare

stethoscopeDr Daniel Asare, the Chief Executive Officer  of the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital,  has said the promise of the government to provide the Eastern Region with a public university and a regional Hospital should lead to the establishment of a teaching hospital.

He said such facilities would help the country in the production of the necessary human resources to meet the health needs of the increasing population of the country.

He announced that the management of the hospital had decided to rehabilitate all the wards of the hospital next year to improve upon the working environment at the hospital and also facilities for the clients of the hospital.
