Coach Appiah names Ghana squad for Malawi match

Head coach of the senior national team, the Black Stars has named a 21-man squad for the second leg game against Malawi in the qualifiers for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in Lilongwe on Saturday, October 13.

The squad includes; Espanyol’s Mubarak Wakaso, Asante Kotoko midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei as the two new faces in the team, with experienced John Paintsil making a return to the team after some months of absence.

Also returning to the team were; David Addy, Jonathan Mensah, Rabiu Mohammed and goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy.
