Ghana COCOBOD announces closure of 2012 light crop cocoa season

Purchases of the 2012 light crop cocoa season would end at the close of business on September 20, 2012, a release copied to the Ghana News Agency by the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) on Tuesday announced.

It said in order to assist the Licensed Buying Companies to obtain the final returns from up-country stations, the Board had decided to accept returns on the declared purchases up to 16:00 hours on Thursday, September 20, 2012.
