Video: Ghana gov’t reduces Tema Oil Refinery’s GH¢1.6b debt

The debt of Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), Ghana’s only oil refiner, has been reduced to GH¢610 million from the December 2008 total of GH¢1.6 billion, the Energy Ministry said September 6, 2012 at a press conference in Accra.
