Ghana cancels 2012 PANAFEST/Emancipation Day celebrations
The 2012 PANAFEST/Emancipation Day Celebration has been cancelled, an official statement signed by Ghana’s Tourism Minister, Ms Akua Sena Dansua, has said.
The statement said “We regret to announce that due to circumstances beyond our control, the 2012 PANAFEST/Emancipation Day Celebrations has been cancelled.”
