Kosmos Energy plans lifting between 6-8 cargo crude offshore Ghana in 2012

Kosmos Energy is expecting to lift between six to eight cargo crude from the Jubilee fields offshore Ghana in the year 2012.

The company made the estimation based on the gross production at Jubilee averaging between 70,000 and 90,000 barrels of oil per day in 2012.

“Kosmos anticipates gross production at Jubilee to average between 70,000 and 90,000 barrels of oil per day in 2012. This production range equates to between 6 and 8 Kosmos liftings in 2012,” said the Texas based explorer March 1, 2012 in a statement on its website.

Kosmos also announced it will invest over 90% of its 2012 organic capital programme totaling $600 million in Ghana.
