Three Ghanaians for Africa Boxing Championship in Morocco

Sulleyman Tetteh, Maxwell Amponsah and Lerrone Richards have secured tickets to participate in the Africa Boxing Championship slated for Morocco from April 27 to May 6.

The trio demonstrated excellent performance in one day justify your inclusion, organised by the Ghana Amateur Boxing Federation (GABF)as part of preparations to raise a formidable side for the championship.

It attracted the likes of Ambassador Ray Quarcoo, GABF President, Professor Azumah Nelson, former super-Featherweight World Champion and Joseph Agbeko, former International Boxing Federation (IBF) Bantamweight champion, among other dignitaries.

Ray Quarcoo said in an interview with GNA Sports that the exercise is one of the many justifiers ahead of the championship in Morocco.

He described the exercise as impressive and expressed the hope that the boxers will improve ahead of the championship.
