Ecobank acquires TTB finally, deal worth $135m – Report
Ecobank Transnational Incorporated has finally acquired a 100% share in The Trust Bank Ghana, the Reuters reports December 15, 2011 citing an official statement from the Togo-based lender.
The deal is worth $135 million, David Ellis, investor relations manager at the Ecobank group told Reuters after it was approved following the receipt of all necessary shareholders, legal and regulatory approvals.
