In the early hours of Friday, some residents of the Junior Staff Quarters “B”, scuttled out of their rooms in fear as the lights flickered and bulbs blew up noisily sprinkling debris around followed by a blackout.

Mr Raymond Abotsi, Foreman leading an Electricity Company of Ghana lines refitting team, told the Ghana News Agency at site that the criminals operate around midnight.

He therefore appealed to residents to help track the criminals who carry out their operations in the quiet residential areas.
