Six Ghanaian cyclists for Tour du Faso

Ghana will be represented by six cyclists at this year’s Tour du Faso from 21-30 October, 2011 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

Dennis Moore, Communications Director of the Ghana Cycling Association (GCA) told GNA Sports that the selected cyclists are made up of Aminu Mohammed, Joseph Kudakpor, Samuel Anim, Emmanuel Obour, Henry Tetteh Djangmah and Nuru Pardie Alhassan

The contingent, which will be led by William Kyei, General Secretary of the GCA also includes Dennis Moore and Rudolf Mensah the Team Coach.

Moore said over 240 cyclists from 30 countries are expected to participate in the tourney.

The contingent leaves for Burkina Faso on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
