Couples advised to adopt family planning methods
Ms Theresa Dakora, a Deputy Director of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), has appealed to couples to adopt family planning methods to enhance the country’s health delivery system.
She said the high rate of unsafe abortion resulting in the death of women, diseases, unwanted pregnancies and the increasing population were as a result of unplanned families.

The celebration, which was under the theme; “Family Planning Promotion and prolonging life of Mothers and Children” was sponsored by the Korean International Corporation Agency (KOICA), Plan Parenthood Federation of Korea (PPFK), the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ghana Health Service.
