Nations Cup: Ghana plays Sudan October 8 – CAF confirms

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has set October 8, 2011 for the Ghana versus Sudan match in the 2012 African Nations Cup qualifiers.

The fixture is the last Group I match and will be played in Khartoum, Sudan at 13hours GMT, same time as the Congo-Swaziland game, according to CAF who released the fixtures for the last matches in every group September 15, 2011.

Goal difference has put the Black Stars on top of Group I despite having 13 points, same as Sudan.

The tournament will be hosted by Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
