Official: Ghana’s Quincy Owusu-Abeyie joins Panathinaikos on loan
Ghanaian international Quincy Owusu-Abeyie has joined Greek Super League side Panathinaikos FC.
Quincy, 25, is on a one-year loan from Al-Sadd of Quatar.
“Panathinaikos Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Quincy Owusu-Abeyie. The 25-year-old Ghanaian winger has joined Panathinaikos on a one year loan deal from Al-Sadd,” an official statement on the club’s website stated July 20, 2011.
He has played for Arsenal, Celta Vigo, Malaga and Spartak Moscow.
