Government declares Wednesday, May 25 public holiday

Ministry of the Interior on Friday reminded the general public that Wednesday, May 25, which marks African Union (AU) Day is a Statutory Public Holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country.

The reminder was contained in a statement issued by the Sector Minister, Dr Benjamin Kunbuor in Accra.
