Muslim Summit for Wa

The Coalition of Muslim Organisations, Ghana (COMOG) is organising a three-day national summit from April 15 and April 17 in Wa, the Upper West Regional capital.

The summit which is supported by the United Nations Population Fund is on the theme: “Family Life and Community Development: The Challenge of the Muslim Youth.”

Two Hundred youth leaders across the country are expected to attend the three-day summit, which aims to promote youth involvement in population and development and gender among Muslims.

New executives for the Network of Muslim Youth Organisations in Ghana would also be elected during the summit.
