NDC should strengthen internal structures – Party activist

Mr Osman Abdalah, Chairman of the Kumasi Metropolitan Youth Organisers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has underscored the need for the party to strengthen its internal structures at all levels country-wide.

This, he said, would help to make the party more formidable in winning Election 2012.

Mr Abdalah was addressing constituency executives of the party in the metropolis on Tuesday.

The meeting aimed at adopting effective strategies to improve on the performance of the party.

He noted that the party had won the goodwill of Ghanaians through various socio-economic programmes.

The Chairman, however cautioned supporters of the NDC against complacency, power struggle, backbiting and other negative practices, which would impede the development and progress of the party.

Mr Abdalah therefore advised all well-meaning NDC activists to be focused and work harder towards the common goals and objectives of the party.

He expressed gratitude to the Kumasi Metropolitan Chief Executive, Mr Samuel Sarpong, for his commitment to the course of the party.
