Dr Richard Amponsah, President of the College of Project Professionals (COPPS) has urged Project Managers to constantly update capacities to meet the current day challenges in project management.
He said this during a training programme for senior staff of Volta Region Community Water and Sanitation Agency (VRCWSA) in Ho.
The five-day programme was to develop relevant competencies of the participants to successfully create and manage projects using Microsoft Project.
Dr Amponsah said it was important for the CWSA, a projected oriented organization, to use all the technical modern management systems to prosecute projects to specification.
Mr Dodji Attiogbe, Head of the Managements Information Unit of the VRCWSA said the training was sure to raise the output of project management in the Agency.
