Man from Ghana arrested with heroin in US

A man returning from Ghana has been arrested in the US with nearly seven pounds of heroin in his suitcase.

The Baltimore Sun reports that, the man, who lives in Baltimore, 26-year-old Suleiman Zakaria was arrested at the Baltimore-Washington International Marshal Airport last Tuesday January 26, 2010 after he had arrived there from Ghana. US  Custom and Border Patrol said they found the heroine hidden in a false compartment of his suitcase.

According to the report, Zakaria wa randomly selected by Customs officials for a secondary examination while he was still in the passenger arrivals area.

The heroin is estimated to be worth $430,000 wholesale. An amount of $5,980 was also seized from him. He is due to be put before court soon, the report said.

    I hope the S.O.B gets what is coming to him. Even more importantly that he takes it as a man. People like this idiot are the ones who are making it hard for everyone on both sides of the Atlantic.

    I hope he is locked up for a long time.
