The Holy Trinity Spa and Health Farm, the leading holiday and natural health spa destination in Ghana has commissioned a fish farm, set up to meet its requirements for fresh fish at the resort.

The fish produced from the farm would be included on the resort’s culinary list.

In an address at the launch, the Executive Chairman of the Spa, Dr. Felix Anyah said “the vision of the Holy Trinity Spa and Health Farm is to expand the frontiers of our benchmark innovative health/medical services by fusing preventive, curative and rehabilitative alternative and complementary health services into orthodox health in a restful and rejuvenating ambience.”

Dr. Anyah was hopeful that the commissioning of the fish farm will further boost the resort’s attraction as an excellent health tourism destination.

According to him, the preservation process of some foods adds so many chemicals that are injurious to human health, adding that the  nutritional values of preserved foods are lost including key vitamins, minerals and supplements.

“It is this and many other reasons that has occasioned our Spa to commission our fish farm to supply fresh healthy organic fish and vegetables,” he said.
