The second edition of the Ghana-Zimbabwe Business Forum Exhibition will be held in Accra in May 2010.
Ghana’s High Commissioner to Zimbabwe Mr. James Nanjid has been quoted by the Zimbabwean media as saying Ghana is ready to do business with Zimbabwe, indicating that there were vast opportunities for Zimbabwean investors in Ghana’s financial services sector.
He said the exhibition was a platform to showcase what the two countries could offer.
“If the two countries could take advantage of the competitive advantage that one country has over the other, there is a high chance of having lifetime investments. There are a number of things that the two countries could learn from each other. What is important is to take advantage of the opportunities,” he said.
Zimbabwe’s envoy to Ghana, Mrs Pavelyn Tendai Musaka urged Zimbabweans to take advantage of oil discoveries in Ghana that was contributing to a robust economy.
