Teledata brings innovative VoIP solution to Ghanaian businesses

TeledataTeledata ICT Ltd., one of the leading ISPs in Ghana is introducing an innovative Voice over-IP solutions to businesses in the country. The technology is already in use at its offices and has been installed for a few of its clients.

The Managing Director of Teledata, Gregory EID told ghanabusinessnews.com in an exclusive telephone interview that the introduction of the solution in Ghana is meant to add value to its existing PBX hosting services.

“With this solution, businesses do not need to own their own PBX equipment,” he said.

The technology for the service is provided by VocalTec Communications Ltd., an Isreal company. VocalTec is a global provider of carrier-class multimedia and voice-over-IP solutions for communication service providers.

The solution according to EID, will serve companies with multiple locations well as they can use it to make calls using extensions and “it costs nothing,” he said.

With this technology, Teledata is now able to bring the latest in IP telephony services, including an extensive set of subscriber calling features amongst them click-to-dial, attendant console, auto-attendant and others, to their enterprise customers, a press statement by VocalTel said.

    Honestly we are very grateful to Teledata for this improvement specially the new year 2010, honestly my company will be highly interested this introduction of this product after know the cost of service, and we hope Teledata is working hard to reduce the internet bill cuz with this we may not be able to go in for new service

    hello my boss want your sevice we operate internet cafe .We will be very happy that you can mail us your phone number so that i can give to my boss to contact you as we can start work and know how much it will cost as for every month and how the payment will be done since we are in cape coast here
