   I have been advised by amalgamated_bankltd@mail2ghana.com .that if I send $140 via Western Union . to Kowho Cosby of Accra Ghana my fund of $14.5 m US held by your Ministry of Finance bill DME/MF/201 will be remitted to my Commonwealth Bank of Australia A/c.
